Top roll device mainly consists of top roll, main oil cylinder, top roll bearing chock and double row roller bearing, etc.
Top roll provides pressure for bending; The working pressure of main cylinders is 19.5MPa.
Top roll is designed in a drum shape with equally spreader load of 70% of the maximum pressing force so as to preset the deformation deflection.
The top roll material is 42CrMo with refining treatment to 260~300HB.
Lower rolls device consists of lower roll bearing chocks, lower rolls and lower roll gears, etc.
This device works through a set of worm and worm wheel speed reducer model driven by a motor model. Torque is transmitted to two pairs of worm and worm wheel speed reducing mechanism. Worm wheel drives horizontal moving screw rod to move machine frame and realize horizontal movement of the top roll.
Top roll horizontal move device is designed for plate ends pre-bending of non-symmetric rolling.
