NC Synchronous 4-roller Bending Machine
The core technique and innovation of the Product in this project are as follows:
1. Adopting the planet swings orientation device: Side roller pivoting on axis towards the up roller direction. Such a wide range of adduction movement forms a favorable leverage that can increase the pre-flex force, and then greatly reduce the remaining straight edge. The lever of geometric effect make pinch roll have great acting force on clamping point, so you can get ultra-short straight edge, which improves the roundness and precision of rolled barrel. Moreover, planet swings orientation device has no sliding friction of linear lead rail. Therefore, it is unnecessary to do cleaning work frequently, like ordinary linear sliding guide bending machine, to prevent premature abrasive wear, also do not need to maintain and lubricate.
2. Power-saving technique: Inefficient system (Reducer, gear device, bronze bushes, belt, circuit boards and linear guide) is replaced by new and effective solutions (hydraulic planet driving device couples with roller directly, swinging orientation device without friction, multiplexing hydraulic dynamic system)
3. Hydraulic bending compensation devices: By hydraulic compensation, grip-roll rectification and arch preset, it reduces the barrel in/out concave convex defects (similar to the hydraulic angle bender)
4. Double grip-roll drive: Double roller drive ensures clamping more stable and reliable, makes the control of feed-in more precision and enables sheet edge closer to clamping point.
